My Take
This recipe has converted me to the air fryer community. It helped me make a wonderful lunch in about 10 minutes and I couldn't be happier.

Ingredients
Salmon Marinade:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp gochujang paste (for optional spice)
1 Tbsp olive oil
Bowl:
1 salmon fillet
1 cup cooked rice
veggies of choice
Preparation
Make the marinade.
Dice the salmon into bite sized cubes. Then toss in marinade
Preheat air fryer to 400. Spread salmon bites onto sheet. Air fry for 6-8 minutes.
Serve over warms rice and top with avocado, fried egg, green onions, etc.
